NOVO-OGARYOVO, March 12 (Itar-Tass) – Presidential aide Elvira Nabiullina on Tuesday asked Russian President Vladimir Putin to appoint Sergei Ignatyev, the incumbent Central Bank chairman, as her adviser if she becomes the bank’s new chief.
