The NATO-Russia Council will discuss US missile defense plans, as well as NATO operations in Kosovo, the Russian envoy to the North Atlantic alliance said on Friday.
The meeting will take place next Wednesday in Brussels, Dmitry Rogozin said.
Libya will be another issue on the agenda, he added.
“It’s going to be a difficult conversation,” Rogozin said in a Twitter comment.
