Peru Asks Russia to Negotiate Comercial Agreement

Lima, Mar 4 (Prensa Latina) The government of Peru announced it has requested Russia to open negotiations with Peru in the coming months, to sign a commercial agreement between these two nations. The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR) said its Minister, Jose Luis Silva, wrote an official letter to Denis Manturov, Russian Industry and Trade Minister, expressing the Peruvian interest to start the negotiations.
