A dead man which was found at the embankment of the Moskva River on Tuesday is probably the Second Secretary of the Peruvian embassy Sergio Alonso Del Castillo Cebreros who disappeared on the New Year night.
This was said by a representative of Russia’s Investigation Committee Vladimir Markin who also added that the body has no traces of injuries. However, he said, an official expertise is still needed to finally identify the man and to name the reason of his death.
Del Castillo was last seen when he was coning out of the night club “Rolling Stones”, where diplomats from Latin American countries were celebrating New Year, at about 6 a.m. Witnesses say that he was heavily drunk.
