Philly stabbing leaves one dead

A South Philadelphia man was stabbed to death Sunday morning during an argument with his roommate, Philadelphia police said.
Angel Brown, 27, died of stab wounds to the chest at 3:27 a.m., shortly after being taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
Police arrested Alonzo Simmons, 29, who lived with Brown in the 2000 block of Oakford Street.
Simmons was charged with murder and possessing an instrument of crime, a police spokeswoman said.
The stabbing occurred at the residence during “an apparent disagreement of some kind,” the police spokeswoman said.
