NOVO-OGARYOVO (Moscow Region), March 27 (RIA Novosti) – Russian President Vladimir Putin said it is necessary to analyze the events in Ukraine and all “color revolutions” in order to protect citizens from terrorist elements and individuals with extreme views.
“In regard to analysis of all the color revolutions, including the latest events in Ukraine, obviously we should make an analysis in order to protect our citizens from the tyranny of various ‘ultra-races,’ from the tyranny of terrorist elements, and individuals with extreme views,” Putin told members of the upper house of parliament.
