Russia will create “at least 200,000 jobs” in one-industry cities by 2015, Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday.
“The main goal of our labor policy is to create modern, efficient and well-paid jobs, to encourage new technology and cut off harmful industries,” the premier said during his annual address to parliament.
