Roman Abramovich to help turn Gorky Park into Moscow version of Hyde Park

Roman Abramovich, the Russian oligarch, is to help bankroll a pound;1.25 billion makeover of Moscow’s Gorky Park that will draw inspiration from London’s Hyde Park and include a London Eye-style Ferris wheel.
