Russia’s Parliament toughens punishment for terrorists

Russia’s Federation Council (lower chamber of the Parliament) has toughened punishment for terrorists and their accomplices. Now, imprisoned terrorists, their aids and propagandists will not be freed unless they spend ¾ of their term in prison. Those who provide terrorists with any data or help to conceal weapons may see 20 years in prison.
