“Dozens of people are feared dead as a passenger jet crashed on landing in the city of Kazan in Russia’s republic of Tatarstan,” a spokeswoman for the Emergencies Ministry told Russia’s RIA Novosti news agency.Boeing 737, which was carrying at least 44 people, crashed at around 19:30 Moscow Time.More details are awaited.
