The latest global outlook report from the Paris headquarters of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development predicts rapid economic expansion in Russia, Germany, the US and Japan and more moderate expansion rates in France, Britain, Italy, India and Canada. The forecast for Brazil and China is that of rapid growth followed by a protracted slowdown.
