NOVOSIBIRSK, November 14 (Itar-Tass) – Russian Deputy Economic Development Minister Andrei Klepach has confirmed the plans for creating a federal copyright service. “Yes,” he said in reply to the question whether the ministry drafted the relevant document. According to some media reports, a federal copyright service will be created on the basis of the Russian agency for patents and trademarks Rospatent.
