Russia’s central bank operations with banking sector in surplus of 59.5 bln rbls

The Russian central bank’s operations with the banking sector to provide and absorb liquidity with deadlines on December 3 at the beginning of the trading day on Friday were in surplus, amounting to 59.5 billion rubles, the central bank said.
