Russia’s top 10 most polluted cities
20:45 23/06/2011 Norilsk, where atmospheric discharges amounted to nearly 2 million tons in 2010, had more emissions than any other city in Russia last year, according to the Russia in Figures 2011 report issued by the Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat).
