Russia’s United Shipbuilding Corp. to build icebreakers with STX Europe

Russia’s state-run United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC) and STX Finland have formed a joint venture to build icebreakers, Arctech Helsinki Shipyard, following an agreement signed by the firms on Friday.
