India’s Sania Mirza and Elena Vesnina of Russia eliminated the American duo of Bethanie Mattek-Sands and Meghann Shaughnessy to win the Indian Wells WTA event on Saturday.
The Indo-Russian pair beat their US rivals 6-0, 7-5 to prevail in the 4.5-million-dollar event.
