The second segment of the Eastern Siberia – Pacific Ocean (ESPO) oil pipeline will be launched in December 2011, Russian Deputy Energy Minister Sergei Kudryashov said on Saturday.
Kudryashov announced the news at a meeting with Prime Minister Vladimir Putin.
The prime minister said Russia’s eastern gas program would be altered and instructed the related ministries to prepare amendments.
