If you dream of living near Russia’s president or prime minister, be prepared to open your wallet.
Real estate experts have just compared the price of land near their homes.
They reckon that land near the prime minister’s pad is three times more valuable than that near the president’s.
One reason is that Putin lives much closer to Moscow than Medvedev does.
Still, it is not cheap living near the president. Land there starts at $166,000 per 600 square meters.
Mind that you could spend your holidays like ex-Russian leader Boris Yeltsin did – if you have a spare $10 million.
This is the starting price for his favorite state dacha (the one near the Finnish border), which just went up for auction.
