Spend a fashionable night on the town

Moscow’s fashionistas are running a night-time shopping marathon tonight, when the capital hosts its third annual “Fashion Night Out.”

It began as a Vogue magazine initiative to boost the lagging fashion industry during the economic meltdown – and now it’s become a tradition.

Over a hundred shops, including many exclusive fashion boutiques and large department stores such as TSUM and GUM, will be open till midnight.

The celebration will feature special events and sales for the night and quite a lot of partying.

Festivities in Moscow will be joined by others in 17 cities across the globe.

The organizers have invited top Russian model Natasha Poly to kick off the event in the capital.
