More than 100 companies from 20 countries will take part in the 2nd International Industrial and Trade Exhibition which will open in the Tajik capital of Dushanbe on Wednesday, a spokesman for the local Trade and Industry Chamber said.
Among the countries that will take part in the multi-sector exhibition are Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Turkey, Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan, China and Germany, he said.
The exhibition, which will run until April 8, is expected to have a positive impact on Tajikistan’s trade and economic relations with the countries participating in it, the spokesman said. The previous fair, held in Dushanbe last year, was attended by more than 5,000 people, he added.
