A U.S. official has provided new details on Osama bin Laden‘s personal journal seized during the operation to kill the al Qaeda leader.
CNN quoted the unnamed official as saying that the notebook includes information on the importance of attacks on the United States and lists key dates for Americans and other guidance for how to attack the country.
The document mentions New York and Washington. Bin Laden apparently also wanted to target railroads, the official said.
Other documents seized at the compound where bin Laden was killed indicate that the odious terrorist had communicated with other terrorists and received responses from them.
Bin Laden was shot dead by U.S. special forces during a raid on his home in the Pakistani town of Abbottabad at the start of May.
