While Muscovites are wondering where on earth spring has gone, meteorologists say the runaway season is lurking somewhere near the end of this week.
The capital will continue to experience unstable weather for the next few days.
The gang behind it are a series of cyclones from the Baltic Sea passing through the country’s north.
These will bring brief snowfalls and winds, with temperatures hovering around zero.
By Friday, however, thermometers should register 6 degrees Celsius, and on Sunday, things are forecast to be even warmer – a long-missed 9 degrees Celsius.
