33 cases of swine flu reported in Russias Far East

In Russia’s Kamchatka region, 33 cases of swine flu, type H1N1, have been revealed. A 44-year-old man died of the disease in the Elizovsky district. Another lethal outcome was registered in the town of Vilyuchinsk, supposedly also because of the flu virus. Swine flu has been spreading in the Far East since 2009, but doctors have learned to effectively struggle against the disease. Most of the victims asked for medical help when it was too late.
