Armenian Russian presidents meet in Moscow

Russian President Vladimir Putin received Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan. The parties discussed issues of bilateral cooperation, noting steady development of cooperation in all spheres. Vladimir Putin congratulated his Armenian counterpart on victory in the February 18 presidential election. “We have special relations with Armenia. This is well known in both Armenia and Russia.
