An international FMCG company invites Business Controller
Main responsibilities:
• Being the financial contact and consultant of business;
• The correct internal reporting and management accounting;
• Continuous analysis of Brand and Customer performance, income statement and balance sheet items;
• Coordination of long-term and short-term planning and target setting;
• Preparation of strategic decisions through market and competitor analyses;
• Participation in the financial, controlling and business development of the relevant division;
• Further development of controlling processes and tools.
Requirements:
• University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics;
• Relevant experience in Controlling and Finance department;
• Highly developed analytical skills;
• Advanced MS Excel and Powerpoint skills;
• Supplementary knowledge of SAP would be a plus;
• Excellent communication skills in English and Russian;
• Personal qualities: team spirit and high performance.
