CORRECTION PhosAgro asks for permission to float 2.6 mln shares abroad

(CORRECTS earlier version containing reference to financial figure and IPO erroneously attributed by RIA Novosti to the company. PhosAgro did not issue any such information.)

Russian fertilizer holding company PhosAgro said on Friday it had asked the Federal Service for Financial Markets for permission to float some of its stock abroad.

PhosAgro said in a document sent to RIA Novosti that it had asked for approval to float 2.6 million shares with a nominal share value of 25 rubles.
