Russian fertilizer holding company PhosAgro said on Friday it had asked the Federal Service for Financial Markets for permission to float some of its stock abroad.
PhosAgro said in a document sent to RIA Novosti that it had asked for approval to float 2.6 million shares with a nominal share value of 25 rubles.
