The Devil Island sanctuary is now home to18 robust devils, all of which were quarantined for six months before being released here. Sixty acres of fenced-off bushland on Tasmania’s east coast have been donated as habitat for the conservation of this national treasure, uniquely found on the island off the south coast of Australia.
