CBS News RAW: The Japanese Coast Guard has rescued a dog found on the roof of a house floating at sea.
It’s unclear if the dog could have been at sea for the three weeks since the Japanese earthquake and tsunami.
The rescue marked the first day of a massive three-day search and recover mission.
