MOSCOW, July 15 (Itar-Tass) —— A fire that broke out at a warehouse of the former Academy of Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection of the Russian Defense Ministry is confined, and city prosecutors are holding investigation, the Main Military Prosecutor’s Office told Itar-Tass.
“We will verify the compliance with fire safety rules,” the office said.
According to the preliminary information, two acetylene cylinders have exploded. “No one is hurt. The warehouse did not store any chemicals, so the fire did not present a threat to local residents and the environment,” the office said.
