Four children have been killed by a fire in Russia’s southern region of Dagestan, police said on Saturday.
The children, aged from three to 15, died after the blaze broke out in the country house in the village of Tukita in the early hours of Saturday morning, a police source told RIA Novosti.
Their mother was taken to hospital.
The nearest fire station is 50 kilometers away, media reports say.
The cause of the fire is being investigated.
