The mutilated bodies of five men were found in an apartment in the Urals town of Nizhny Tagil on Friday, a spokesperson for the local Prosecutor’s Office said.
The bodies were found when rescue workers searched the apartment block after a fire.
“Rescuers found the bodies of five men with stab wounds on different parts of their bodies in a first-floor apartment,” the spokesman said.
Police have detained two suspects in connection with the murders.
