Foreign investments into Russian economy may exceed 15 bn dollars and even more in 2011, the Deputy-Head of Russia’s Central Bank Alexey Ulukayev stated at the 9 th Deutsche Bank Investment forum held in London. The official said that investments are an important indicator of the country’s investment climate, profitability and business stability.
