Fukushima managers admit mix-up

The managers of the Fukushima nuclear power station have admitted to confusing iodine with cobalt and botching radiation measurements as a result. This casts doubt on a report that water at Unit 2 is 10 million times more radioactive than normal. All workers, however, stay out for occupational safety reasons.

The International Atomic Energy Agency says the Fukushima crisis is still very far from being resolved.
