Jewelry collection from St. Pete to be shown in Moscow

The St. Petersburg Hermitage museum is presenting its collection of the famous Faberge eggs in one of the Moscow Kremlin’s museums.

The exhibition will open on March 29.

Karl Faberge was a Russian jeweler of the late 19th – early 20th centuries, whose Easter eggs were often bought by the Russian royal family.

Besides Faberge’s eggs, the exhibition also presents Easter eggs by his contemporary jewelers.
