Former Yukos CEO Mikhail Khodorkovsky has appealed again to a Moscow court for release on parole, his lawyer Vadim Klyuvgant said on Tuesday.
Khodorkovsky hopes the court will accept his appeal, initially sent on May 27, Klyuvgant said.
That appeal request was returned as it was not supported by documents related to the case, a spokeswoman for the Preobrazhensky Court of Moscow said earlier this month.
