A fire that started today at a meat plant in southeastern Moscow has spread and now engulfed an area of some 2,000 square meters.
A fire-fighting helicopter has been called in to help firemen on the ground.
Russian news agencies say there is a thick cloud of smoke rising from the scene and that firefighters so far have been unable to control the blaze.
