The NATO summit and the Russia-NATO Council summit, taking place in Lisbon these two days, are the main events on the international agenda. Their results will determine further relations between Moscow, Washington and Brussels and, consequently, the future of Euro-Atlantic security in all the space from Vancouver to Vladivostok.
