A gala concert dedicated to the great Russian ballerina Maya Plisetskaya wrapped up on Monday to deafening applause in Paris’ Théâtre des Champs-Élysées. The star-studded event, produced by Andris Liyepa, brought together ballet principals from around the world, among them Nikolai Tsiskaridze, Maria Alexandrova, Yevgeniya Obraztsova and Denis Matviyenko.
