MOSCOW, July 27 (Itar-Tass) — President Dmitry Medvedev has signed a federal law, “On Amendments to the Federal Law On ‘Science and State Scientific-Technical Policy’”, the Kremlin press service reported on Wednesday.
The federal law determines principles for the state’s support for innovation, including goals, principles, forms and other aspects.
