The mines were found at around 11.30 a.m. (08:30 GMT) next to a stretch of rail track near the town of Mozdok, some 90 kms north of the republic’s capital of Vladikavkaz.
The mines were discovered by military personnel. Sappers have been deployed to the scene.”
