Moscow airports are getting back to work after severe freezing rain over the weekend caused serious power outages and disrupted the operations of public transportation and airports. 70 planes flew out of Domodedovo airport overnight and 50 flights came in with Rosaviation chief Alexander Neradko saying the airport expected to service up to 350 departing flights later on Tuesday.
