A woman in Nizhny Novgorod died on Monday after falling from a 16th-floor window while clutching her one-year-old baby, who also died.
“At about 11 a.m. Moscow time, a thirty two-year-old woman jumped out of a 16th floor window with her one-year-old baby. Both died of their injuries at the scene,” the police said.
Police say they have found a suicide note the woman wrote and added that they are still deciding whether to open a criminal case into the incident.
