Vladimir Putin has lashed out at Russia’s oil groups and accused them of price-fixing amid fuel shortages across the oil-rich country.
In the coming weeks, the Kremlin will have to worry not just about fuel shortages but a repeat of the grain crisis last summer when a severe drought forced Russia to ban exports. At the same presidium, Mr Putin rebuked the agricultural minister as well and accused her of misstating how much grain had been collected.
