MOSCOW, July 6 (Itar-Tass) – Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has held a number of meetings on the planning of the federal budget for 2012 and for the basic period of 2013/2014, Putin’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
“A meeting has been held on the redistribution of expenditure obligations between the federal authorities and the constituent territories,” he said.
Participants in the meeting also discussed a reverse redistribution of expenditures from the constituent territories to the federal center.
“Also, a meeting was held in the course of which focus was given to the draft budgets of state non-budgetary funds for the period of up to 2014,” Peskov said.
One of the meetings highlighted the draft budgets of the Pension Fund and the Fund for Mandatory Medical Assurance.
Federal ministers and heads of relevant departments took part in the conference.
