Bilateral cooperation and joint projects in energy will take center stage during Prime Minister Vladimir Putin’s working visit to Bulgaria. In Sofia, Vladimir Putin will be meeting with his Bulgarian colleague Boiko Borisov whose government has just greenlighted a joint construction in Bulgaria of a gas pipeline as part of the South Stream project.
