Russian oil association Rosneft and Norway’s Statoil on Thursday sealed shares and operation agreements in Norway in sequence to emanate corner ventures to try 4 fields on a Russian shelf, Rosneft said.
In May, a companies agreed to try jointly a Perseyevsky Field in a Barents Sea, as good as 3 other fields in a Sea of Okhotsk: Lisyansky, Kashevarovsky and Magadan-1.
Rosneft pronounced a shares and operation agreements were a same for all 4 protected fields. Rosneft’s shares mount during 66.67 percent and Statoil’s will be during 33.33 percent. Statoil will financial 100 percent of a losses on exploration, that includes a drilling of 6 wells in 2016-2021.
