Russian President Vladimir Putin sealed a direct on Saturday that introduces a three-level alarm complement of terrorism threat, a Kremlin’s press use said.
“In sequence to timely surprise people about a presentation of a terrorism hazard and to classify activities to opposite a realization, a following levels of a terrorism hazard can be imposed on a specific Russian territories: blue turn for towering alert, yellow one for high alert, red one for vicious alert,” a Kremlin pronounced in a statement.
The direct will come into force from a day of a central publication.
In May, 2011 afterwards president, Dmitry Medvedev sealed into law amendments to a sovereign check on tackling terrorism, that introduced a 3 color-coded levels of terrorism, identical to those used in a United States.
