Internet users wanting to find out more about Russia’s Valley of Geysers can now take an online virtual tour of one of the world’s most remote natural wonders.
The valley is situated in the Kronotsky Nature Reserve on Russia’s Kamchatka Peninsula and contains 90 hot springs and geysers. The nature reserve is a Unesco World Heritage Site.
Visitors to the park’s website can now experience the geysers and also take a “free tour,” its press office said.
The valley was only discovered in 1941 and opened to tourists decades later.
