In 2011 Russia will remain one of key payers for the Council of Europe Foundation which provides financial assistance not only to this oldest organization in Europe but also to the Parliamentary Assembly and the Strasbourg Court. Moscow is expected to allocate 29.7 million euros to the foundation this year. Other key payers are France, Germany, Italy and Great Britain.
