Russia will place sovereign Eurobonds by the end of the first or start of the second quarters, the director of the Finance Ministry’s bond department Konstantin Vyshkovsky told Prime news agency on Wednesday.
“We plan it for the first quarter or start of the second quarter,” he said when asked about Russia’s return to the external bond markets.
He also confirmed that the Ministry and organizers of the Eurobond issue would meet investors from March 19-27 in the U.S. and Britain.
